EV Hack (Bosch – IEEE Hackathon) is an Electric Vehicles Online Hackathon organized by IEEE IA/IE/PELS Jt. Chapter Kerala, in association with Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions India. This hackathon is exclusively for 3rd year undergraduate engineering students around PAN India. EV Hack provides ample opportunity for students to get the industry exposure and to do projects that are of industry level with mentoring from experts of Electric Vehicle Industry.

The winning teams of the Hackathon will be granted 6-month internship, partly in RBEI and their Parent institute after meeting the BOSCH interview process.

In India, Bosch is a leading supplier of technology and services in the areas of Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. Additionally, Bosch has, in India, the largest development center outside Germany, for end to end engineering and technology solutions.

Third Year B. Tech Students spanning all over engineering colleges across South India who match the following criteria:

◼️ Pursuing B. Tech in EEE/Mechatronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.

◼️10th, 12th and BTech till date with more than 70% or CGPA of 7 and above.

A team of 4 (from any college meeting the above-mentioned criteria)

Registration

  • EV-Hack received a great response from the student community of India.
  • No of Teams = 234
  • No of Colleges = 61

First Screening

  • Based on the eligibility criteria, registrants were shortlisted for the next round.
  • No of Qualified Teams = 118

Second Screening

  • Qualified Teams were requested to submit a manuscript based on the given Problem statement.
  • No of Teams Shortlisted = 25
  • No of Colleges = 14

Final Round

  • Selected Teams were requested to submit the presentation for the final round.
  • The teams will be evaluated based on their final presentation on 17th & 18th July 2021
