Technical talk and IAS SB Chapter inauguration at NSSCE Palakkad
The IAS student branch chapter of NSS College of Engineering Palakkad under IEEE Kerala section was inaugurated on 27th March 2018. PES SB chapter was also inaugurated on the same day. The inaugural function started at 1 p.m. The IAS SB chapter was inaugurated by Prof.Muhammed Kasim, Chair, IA/IE/PELS Jt.Chapter Kerala section. PES SB Chapter was inaugurated by Dr.K.P.Mohandas, Chairman, Conference activity board, IEEE Kerala section. Dr.Devi, Principal, NSSCE, presided over the function. Dr.Leesha Paul, IEEE SB Counselor, welcomed the gathering. Mr.Biju K, Secretary, IA/IE/PELS Jt.Chapter Kerala section, offered his felicitations. Ms.Athira R, Chair, IAS SB Chapter, read out the code of ethics. Dr.Vasanthi V, Advisor, IAS SB Chapter briefed about the plan of activities for 2018. Mr.Abhinav R, Chair, PES SB Chapter, proposed vote of thanks. The inaugural function concluded at 2 p.m. A technical talk on ‘Power system operation and generation’ was delivered by Er.Shine Sebastian, Assistant Engineer, KSEB. The programme was over by 4 p.m.
